Service and price was really good, the only problem I found is that you have to call another phone number to find out the status of your order. I called AAA transport after my car was pick up but didn't provide information, they directed my call to another number and it shouldn't be that way. One number to call to place an order and find out status of the order will be much better. Also if the website add an interactive map to track where the car is located can improve customer experience. Later I also notice some damage on top of the car, minor damage and didn't care because my car isn't new but if the company is transporting a car with expensive paint or serving a demanding customer the company probably had to pay this very visible and long scratch.
